Bridgecore is a commercial and mixed use property developer with a focus on creating investment grade product. We have worked with some of the UK’s leading institutions including LaSalle Investment Management, Aviva, Abrdn and AEW UK Ltd having completed on over £500m of transactions since establishing in 2014. Our skills are across the property sectors and our target locations are London, the South East and major UK cities.

Philip has 30 years of experience in the UK property development sector which includes Colliers International and Salmon Property Ltd, before setting up Bridgecore Developments Ltd in July 2014. Development activities are across all property sectors and throughout the UK. The focus has always been on creating investment grade property.
